The National Statistics Bureau is pleased to release the Quarterly Gross Domestic Product,
Third Quarter (Q3) 2025.

Key Highlights:
1. Economic Performance (GDP)
 The economy size was estimated at Nu. 88,351.40 million in Q3 2025.
 Real GDP grew by 5.31 percent year-on-year, an increase of Nu. 7,691.15
million at current prices compared to the same quarter last year.

2. Sectoral Growth
 Primary sector: Grew 5.30 percent, with GVA of Nu. 12,521.77 million.
 Secondary sector: Expanded strongly by 3.07 percent, with GVA of Nu.
32,791.57 million.
 Tertiary sector: Grew 6.92 percent, contributing Nu. 43,038.06 million.

3. Structure of the Economy
 Tertiary sector (Services): 48.71 percent;
 Secondary sector (Industry): 37.11 percent; and
 Primary sector (Agriculture): 14.17 Percent.

Service sector remains the largest contributor to the economy.
