Consumer Price Index, May 2017

The National Statistics Bureau released the May Consumer Price Index (CPI) and inflation numbers on June 23rd 2017. The annual inflation has decreased from 5.77% for the 12 months ending in April, 2017 to 5.65% for the 12 months ending in May, 2017. The consumer price index (CPI) in May 2017 was 130.80 up from 130.65 in April 2017 and 123.80 for May 2016.
The monthly CPI increased by 0.12% in May from April.
