Consumer Price Index, March 2017

The National Statistics Bureau released the March Consumer Price Index (CPI) and inflation numbers on May 1st 2017. The annual inflation has increased from 5.64% for the 12 months ending in February, 2017 to 5.08% for the 12 months ending in March, 2017. The consumer price index (CPI) in March 2017 was 129.60 up from 130.19 in February 2017 and 123.33 for March 2016.
The monthly CPI dropped by 0.46% in March from February.
