Consumer Price Index, December 2016

The National Statistics Bureau released the December Consumer Price Index (CPI) and inflation numbers on January 24th 2017. The annual inflation has increased from 3.92% for the 12 months ending in November, 2016 to 4.60% for the 12 months ending in December, 2016. The consumer price index (CPI) in December was 128.80 up from 127.85 in November 2016 and 123.02 for November 2015.
The monthly inflation in December was 0.74%.
